I got a letter in the mail about some issues that certain year/make/model vehicles were possibly having. At the time my vehicle wasn’t experiencing any issues but when the time came, I ran to find that letter to contact the firm immediately! I called and explained my issues and right away I was told that I definitely had a case. I truly appreciate the constant communication when new information came in but more importantly, how reassuring everyone was. I was nervous about even contacting this firm because I thought I would get the same treatment I received while trying to explain to GM (not to say they were rude but they were very short and not really helpful in my experience). I had initially reached out to this law firm over two years ago regarding a lemon law case for my vehicle. At the time, I was hoping to get legal assistance in resolving the matter efficiently. Unfortunately, after submitting my information and waiting for a response, I never heard back. Fast forward to today—more than two years later—they finally returned my call, saying they couldn’t accept my case.

The problem? I no longer even have the vehicle. I got rid of it a year ago and had already been paid out for it through another attorney. Their delayed response was not just unhelpful—it was completely useless at this point. Had they reached out in a reasonable timeframe.

While I understand that law firms can be busy, a two-year delay in responding to a potential client is unacceptable. If they weren’t able to take my case back then, a simple courtesy email or phone call would have been appreciated so I could have explored other options sooner. Instead, I was left in the dark, assuming they had either rejected my case or forgotten about it entirely.

I can’t speak to their skills as attorneys since I never got the chance to work with them, but their lack of communication and responsiveness is a major red flag. If you need timely assistance for your case, I would highly suggest staying away from this firm.
