It was very fortunate that we got a change to talk with attorney Robin Ratner, who gave us the most helpful advice for our less fortunate situation. It was our last resort to call a law firm to deal with frustrating dispute with our contractor, but this phone call turned out to be a lifesaver.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend the lawyers at Structure Law Group. Mark Figueiredo and his team provided excellent and timely counsel in connection with the sale of a company. Although the company was headquartered in Singapore and the buyer was out of England, the lawyers at SLG handled the transaction very efficiently by coordinating with others in Asia and Europe. They were on top of the issues and knew what to expect in the process. I felt well prepared and well represented throughout.
