I highly recommend Jerry Sanchy to anyone in need of legal services. I spent 5 months trying to resolve issues with my mother's trust and estate due to an incompetent trustee that failed to perform their fiduciary duties. Soon after Jerry took over everything was fixed to my satisfaction. His knowledge and persistence in getting things done was impressive. As an added bonus he is very good at keeping you updated so you know exactly what's going on at all times.

In year 2022, I hired this law firm, formerly known as Moran, Sanchy & Associates, for a dispute with my homeowners' association (HOA). Unfortunately, the case made little progress beyond a single letter written to the HOA. Moreover, the firm failed to identify a lien against my condo that was put by the HOA's attorney. This oversight only came up after I consulted another law firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for handling HOA disputes.
