I hired Lynn of Switzer Oney Attorneys out of Gainsville Tx to he lp me with custody of my son. Lynn was absolutely amazing and taught for my kid as if he was her own.

I was very impressed at the responsiveness of both Lynn and her paralegal Sherry. I have dealt with lawyers in the past and had a horrible experience, so the promptness and emotional investment of this office had my attention.

At court (both times) Lynn was amazing at guiding my testimony to make it impactful for the judge to rule 100% in our favor. Which was full custody with limited visitation and ultimately getting parental rights removed.

The second time we went to court involved more communication with the other party. Lynn and her staff stayed ahead of the game with what needed to happen legally with documentation and follow up. They really took a lot of stress off of me in that regard.

I highly recommend this law firm and their staff. If you’re wanting someone to absolutely fight for you this is your team!!! We will be hiring her for the adoption process of my husband becoming my son’s legal father!

Lynn is the best attorney to use if you want it done right, and without question. She is very experienced, compassionate/understanding, and knowledgeable of the laws. She has the fight of a dog. And can be very intimidating when it comes to court. I would never think of using a different attorney. Don't take a chance on someone else. She won't let you down.

This attorney has no empathy towards those who have lost loved ones. Instead, she treats them like common criminals and serves them with citations if they do not do exactly as she wants. I waived my rights to my Mother's estate via email to this attorney. However, she insists on spending what little money is claimed in my Mother's estate on serving me a citation knowing I have told her and all interested parties that I do not want anything from my Mother's estate. I asked to be left alone so I can grieve my Mother's passing in peace. She ignored my request. Very cold, unprofessional and unempathetic attorney.
