I was referred to Marc Enzi at Tax Solutions to get answers to some complicated questions regarding sales tax for foreign property owners ( FIRPTA ) as I'm an American citizen and my wife is not. I was concerned that after I pass away, and she found herself needing to sell our home that she would get hit with a hefty 15% sales tax. Marc is very knowledgeable and willing to help, spending quite a bit of time on the phone with me. He also referred a good Trust & Estate Attorney as well as an Immigration Attorney to me... he really seems to care, I appreciate his kindness, helpfulness, and genuine concern.

Marc and his team are great. Even though we are hundreds of miles apart I can still call with questions regarding my return, and the overall process is extremely easy. Mary has always been happy to help and quick to resolve any issues, luckily I haven’t had many issues. Professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Marc is an absolute wealth of knowledge, which I feel is something rare these days. I couldn’t ask for much more when it comes to my tax preparation and accounting needs.

Marc Enzi and his staff have been handling our family tax returns since 2015. I recently had to visit their office, along with my daughter to sort out our families personal tax affairs.
