I had a tax issue involving an IRS audit by mail where the IRS questioned my annual alimony deduction. Long story short, i was unable to resolve the tax issue with the IRS on my own. So, I contacted TWG attorney Matthew Sherman, who agreed to take my case. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that I contacted several tax attorneys prior to calling TWG - most were not interested in in my case because it did not have enough “zeros” in the amount I allegedly owed to the IRS After reviewing my case, Matt agreed to help me get my IRS issue resolved. Needless to say, it ended up in Tax Court but was eventually resolved in my favor, where I owed nothing for the tax year audited by the IRS. Matt was extremely professional and he kept me in the loop on what was going on. Throughout this case, he was highly confident about getting a positive outcome. And he did! Thank you, Matt.. you’re the best!!! I highly recommend Matt and TWG - I will definitely use TWG if I ever have another tax issue involving the IRS.
