A big thumbs up to the team at Telluride Consulting. Prompt responsiveness and taking ownership of situations and the issues involved is critical to doing what they do, and they do it better than anyone I have ever dealt with. Simply put, “they do what they say they are going to do”, a fundamental concept but one that is often lacking in the service and property management business, Telluride Consulting’s responsiveness is excellent. Equally important (possibly more important), based on their experience, Telluride Consulting does a great job of anticipating problems before they arise which has proven to be invaluable in terms of avoiding hassles and their associated inconveniences and costs. FYI, they manage four homeowner associations that I am involved in.
