We are the buyers of the home sold by Camilla. We feel very fortunate that we were represented by John Janus and without a doubt, would not have bought this house had it not been for him. The property we purchased was an off grid property, and with little to no knowledge of solar systems, John’s knowledge and experience of the property and off grid power systems made us comfortable with our decision even though there was no power (a system failure) to the home during our short tour of the house. We had many challenges from the very beginning trying to navigate thru the rentals Camilla had during the due diligence period up until closing day. We had a tight time period to get the property Inspected with only a few days that were allowed due to rental conflicts. From our perspective, John was very professional and a gentleman throughout the whole process.
