I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cerridwyn and her pup were fabulous. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was truly oblivious to what to expect and the process for a dog bite case. Cerridwyn walked me through all of it and kept me in the loop the whole time. She was very patient and empathetic with me through this very emotional and stressful event. She worked with the Prosecutor and our case ended up being dismissed. It was such a relief and I can't recommend this Team enough. Don't just muddle through yourself when there are experts like this Team to help you through it.

One star is all i can give . On the first consultation, we were told that we had a great case and they would settle and never go to trial and should expect a six-figure settlement. LIE! 7,000 dollars later, what did I have? A phone call saying hey, I need up to 40k. We are going to trial.

PEOPLE IF YOU ARE IN PA. SAVE YOUR MONEY. As long as pets are considered property, like a lawn mower at best, you are getting another dog at best. Not to mention the mistake they made and dismissed it like it was no big deal . Well another attny basically said that cost us are case . Either way if your dog was killed by a vet in pa .You get another dog if your lucky . They are property !

I was just faced with an animal custody battle where my ex went through the court system to try to take my dog from me. Cerridwyn was an absolute savior and top-knotch attorney in and out of the courthouse and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this with anyone else.

I recently had a family pet die and reached out to try and get help from their firm. I was told an appointment date 2 weeks out and then a day before the said date was called and said I had to be rescheduled with no explanation and rescheduled for a week later. The next day, I was told they would not be taking my case due to them being too busy and having no experience in the matter. As a military member I hold my family (animals included) very dear so being told wait two weeks then a day before, after I had to take time off of work to be told "sorry we can't help" just really bothers me I just wish they would have told me up front and not got my family's hopes up for help. Anyway, I hope this helps someone looking for help so they don't get jerked around like we did.

BEWARE. When I first started my business I was working with a very pleasant woman whom I very much liked. After a couple months I stopped receiving any further contact from her. After about 4 weeks with no responce I called the firm only to find out that she was no longer employed there. I was upset because nobody that even bothered to inform me or the change or reach out to discuss the changes. Further more Kristina wasn’t caught up with any details of my case so I had to resend and bring her up to date on everything. She was rude unprofessional and refused to communicate to me or the person we were dealing with. She refused to even take a call from me. She said that I would need to pay her again even for a single phone conversation. AFTER I had already paid. Come to find out, after I took on negotiations on my own, over half of the documents I had sent her 3x to support my case (and were requested by the other party) were never sent. I am already dealing with a very sick puppy and this law firm made things 10x worse and wasted my time and money. After speaking to other people who are in the animal community who worked with Kristina they all shared similar stories to mine. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this Law Firm. Very rude, unprofessional, and a rip off. I’m serious when I say BEWARE.

This year presented me with a total Donkey Show of a problem with a faked bite claim, an out-of control neighbor filing false statements to my town's Animal Control Officers. I was sighted with 9 illegitimate charges, which Cerredwyn (Care-ed-win) was able to knock down to 1/9th of what they could’ve been, and instead of $9000 as a top fine, I only had to pay $150. My neighbor wasn't even allowed before the judge and was literally laughed at by all after the fact.

And! There were three dogs that were going to fall ill to the false claims and stood to have "aggressive" as forever tied to them. All three of the dogs will be rightfully free of stigma and can live their lives as normal, good dogs.

I highly recommend The Animal Law firm's services! I also enjoyed working with Cerredwyn and her service dog, Iris. They are an awesome team!
