Highly recommended! I have worked with the Hindera Law firm for about 20 years, both civil and criminal cases. John Hindera has always helped me in good and right ways. In my most recent experience with John, he was hired as my divorce attorney and in the end basically helped to save the marriage NOT dissolve it. John was looking out for me, for us and cared a lot more about me and my wife than the money or the laws (meaning, he did not stir things up - rather settled them down). He is a good man and a good Lawyer. Through working with him on my cases, he also elevated me above some old misconceptions to a new appreciation of life. It was more than an attorney client relationship. I personally highly recommend The Hindera Law Firm!

Mr. Hindera took control of my case and let me know my options the first time I met him. I have to say I have had past problems and had to deal with the courts and lawyers before, I didn't expect too much from a court appointed. Mr.Hindera was straight to the point and let me know he was going to fight for me, even though he was court appointed! I couldn't afford to pay, but he still fought and won my case. I am very impressed by Mr.Hindera and would recommend him to anyone I know.

John is an outstanding attorney. Over the past five years after my daughter passed away he has helped me ensure the safety of my grandkids from two borderline psychotic grandmothers and a couple of deadbeat and abusive dads. This law firm is garbage it has it's phone on voicemail on most of the time. When they call you back they let it ring once and hang up. I was trying to set up a meeting to discuss my legal situation because there was no grounds for arrest but they were more interested in screwing me and getting me to catch a conviction. The court had also switched dates on me twice and I had told them the second date was not a date I could appear because of a medical apt they told me o well looks like they will have to issue a warrant mind you I had previously told them about this apt and they said no problem. When I brought it up with them for the 3rd time the paralegal decided to argue with me and yell then just put me on hold and got Mr Hindera who also decided to argue with me and not treat me as if I was stupid so I gave up hope. I rushed to the court house and talked to the judge and said he failed to show up to represent me so I discussed with the judge and got a dismissal. I called the law office the next day and played stupid and she said you have a warrant I laughed and said how I showed up and got it dismissed she then played dumb and said she has no other need to discuss anything because I would not be found in the system and said we are done. So if you are looking for a real representation I would look for some one else. Don't waste your money or time here.
