Still not able to wash... Am unable to add money to the app to wash my clothes over 3 weeks now... I deleted the app then reinstall it, and it was the same issue. I even created a new account and I am still unable to wash. I have reach out to have the problem resolved, and I was told it was fix. I am still having same issue.
My inconvenience is having an apartment with washing machine and dryer and of to be going to laundromat to do my laundry.

Note: two things I have observed
1. Am unable to even use my bank card directly on the machines, it is not accepting the cards.
2. I haven't seen anyone using the laundry area for some time now, so I concluded am not the only one having this issue.

Welcome to the House Apartments where the halls smell pee, maintenance is just a suggestion, and management doesn't respond to phone calls, emails, messages, or even carrier pidgeon (if you were so inclined).

But let's take a moment to list some positives included for a totally reasonable rate starting at $1580/month before utilities for under 300 sq ft:
1. Dog friendly (but don't expect poop bags to be refilled with any haste)
2. On site washers and dryers! (they don't pay the subscription fee to pay by card and there's no way to get coins nearby and let's not forget their constantly filed with water so you dont even have to start the machine to get your clothes washed~)
3. Internet as part of your lease (you have no choice and it's either completely down or 1mbs upload/download for weeks at a time)
4. Parking spaces (just don't expect the lot to be safe to walk on at all in the winter and we have no sidewalks)
5. An elevator (it finally goes past floor 2!)
6. Game room (just ignore the fact it's a corner of the lovey and they removed all the kids games)
7. Rec room (where half the machines don't work and both the rower and dog wash don't even have water—I think they put that in the washers 🤷🏽‍♀️)
8. Vending machines... oh wait they took those out a year ago.
9. Ice machine and— wait, no the maintenance guy fully admitted to disabling it cause it's too hard to maintain 🥺
10. On site management office. Not the person, just the empty office.
11. Staff to clean the common areas most evenings (they're actually super nice and try to keep the main areas/halls clean)
12. A once a month activity organizer (she is unpaid, just gets discount housing through her real job and the nicest person but sadly has to hear all residents complaints because we can't actually reach staff)
13. Furnished (maybe? It's all in the "rec room" rn and looks busted as hell)
14. Super accessible heating (i mean, mine didn't work all last winter 22/23 from October through March until I said I would no longer pay utilities until fixed).

Now let's be totally real. When I first moved in 3 years ago, my total rent with flat rate utilities, pet fee, and internet was around $1300 or so. Small studio with a kitchenette, on site management who actually cared , 2 pets allowed, and some solid neighbors. It's always been small and we only got a sidewalk near (not at) the complex last summer. The internet has always been spotty and they finally are willing to give a number to the company so we can solve out own issues, but here's the reality.

We have changed management at least 4 times on 3 years including new managers, new payment portals, failure to pay for the washer cards handed out when you move in (they have to pay a subscription fee to the company that owns the machines so we can pay by app, washer card, or credit). The most recent company will NOT pick up the phone or responds to messages for any reason (took a month for 1 of 3 messages sent to be acknowledged). I was issued the ability to resign a lease that (for the first time) they wouldn't tell me the new conditions of unless I agreed to a set rate (I did manage to needle out that utilities are now by use, pet fees have increased, and there doesn't appear to be a guaranteed internet speed now).

We don't have on-site management at The House and supposedly someone is available at Red Table, but they are not accessible for those with no car, physical disabilities or schedules that don't align with the office hours (eg most residents). Because I am willing to submit tickets and quote Colorado tenant laws (because yes, that's what it takes) I am regularly relied on and requested by other residents to try and get things fixed. It's gotten to the point where people text me (A RESIDENT) to ask about the status of their deposit refund, if the washers are working yet, is the internet going to be fixed soon, and what's the code to get inside when you loose your fob. The maintained guy is, to put it bluntly, a real asshat who would soon call you an idiot than look for a solution to any underlying issues.

Since Dunmire property management started managing this location in September the environment has really gone down hill. There was a manager on-site for a little bit named Kimberly. Haven’t seen her in awhile, and that’s not a bad thing her follow through on anything was nonexistent and the property and “amenities” are not maintained. I have mentioned my concerns on the phone, submitted maintenance requests, and am now hoping this review leads to some course of action. 3 of the 5 machines machines are out of order. 2 of which have been since early January, the rower leaks water when used, exercise bike hasn’t worked since at least early January and the fire panel has been beeping for a few weeks now.

I ditto the same reviews as before what’s the point of the rec room if none of the machines work, on the third floor I know there is one machine that works if you tell the maintenance guy that he will tell you that you overloaded the machine even though it’s a couple towels, he gets upset doing maintenance which I would to but his job is literally maintenance lol, anyway it’s cheap for the area they probably won’t do anything since the limited options in town but at least know what your getting into, a 200sqt apartment without a stove and the “rec room” is a couple old machines that are there for decorations other than that it’s fine it works in a pinch but lord 1700 after utilities for a 200sqt is crazy but again they won’t do anything what else are we going to do move next door?

What's truly amazing about this place is how quick they are to raise the rent and not be helpful but take months to fix all the things that have been broken, if they get around to fix it at all. Just save your money; this place is not worth living in. Walls are paper thin, so you'll be hearing everything your neighbors want to hear. Place is disgustingly dirty. It's not an apartment. You're paying apartment prices for a motel.

Been living here for 2 years, had nothing like the experience from the reviewer before me. Place is generally pretty quiet and low key, neighbors are generally friendly, the grounds are well kept and cleaned -daily- by our -fabulous- cleaning staff who are always friendly when you see them, and aside from a brief shutdown of the gym and community kitchen at the start of the COVID pandemic due to health and safety concerns, all facilities are and have been available. Hans works hard to maintain the functionality of the building, and goes the extra mile for tenants when he can. As far as the "not suitable for children," to the best of my knowledge, there's no such rule. There is a strict limit on the number of tenants per room, which can make having children live here very difficult, and it is not common. Also, I've been in that elevator many times, and if someone peed in it.. well, I sure couldn't notice. Just saying. The doors are also now locked to the outside at all times and require a fob to get in, so the chances of someone sneaking in at night are pretty slim, and I haven't noticed this problem. The place is also a short walk to the bus stop (<10 minutes), as well as the grocery store, bank, gas station/convenience store, and a small office/service complex (2-3 minutes for all) that makes it a great option if you don't own a vehicle. In all, especially for the price, the place is pretty great. If you don't mind that the rooms are on the small side (the building used to be a hotel, and the rooms are former hotel rooms with added kitchenettes), then you should at least have a look if you're thinking of living here.
