Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience with this law firm. Apparently Mr Jiles is too busy to take or return phone calls. His secretary Jackie is not at all helpful. They are very vague in answering any questions or Jackie just doesn't know. She'll put you on hold to go ask Mr Jiles instead of letting you talk to him and come back with a non answer. They are excruciatingly SLOW!!! If you have a year and a half or longer to get your business done and you don't care to ever know the status of anything then they are the place for you!
