Patrick was awesome! I contacted many offices that could not take on my case in the time that I had and Patrick picked it up with no hesitation. Scott Ray and his team are outstanding. Scott held my hand through my divorce and didn't let go til the end and believe me it was a ride I don't think I could have handled without him. Do not hire Patrick Fitzgerald. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had. Mr Fitzgerald will make deals with the DA that you did not approve of and use your case against you to make you feel like less of a human being. He will criticize, curse and hang up on you if you question what he is doing and why he is making deals without your consent. Absolutely horrible!!

Like I'm sure many have in their minds, I had a very negative impression of attorneys in general, and a few in particular. I'm sure we've all heard the litany of lawyer jokes. However, I'm pleased to be able to say that my experience with DFG&R forced me to change my mind about THIS group of barristers, at least. I live in Grand Junction and had only a referral from a local attorney as to someone that might help me with an issue on the far eastern side of the state. To make a long story short, I was treated fairly, received professional and ethical treatment at all times, was charged fairly for the valuable services rendered by DFG&R. Both Eric Driskell and Patrick Fitz-Gerald took the time to listen to my questions and offer sound advice without one time telling me I'd have to pay first and ask questions later! To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Thank you, gentlemen for a job well done.

I would highly recommend Scott Ray. I'm not the easiest client to work for but he is level headed and knows the law! Best part of working with Scott he will not lie to you, I know this is unheard of in his line of work. He will tell you what he thinks and will listen to you as both of you come up with a game plan!
