Clarke Dray was wonderful to work with. The advice he provided me saved me a large amount of time and money, saved me a massive headache of legal trouble, and got me out of a few sketchy programs that were not helping me. Guess what else? I didn’t pay him a dime. Clarke Dray provided this information to me in order to help me through a difficult time in my life, despite the fact I may not be using his company’s services (I got a lucky break from a generous family member). I don’t leave reviews often, but if you aren’t going through this company for legal advice with bankruptcy, you should be.

I know how hard it can be, and how stressful everything may seem. However, Clarke Dray made me feel like I could get through everything with an honest approach. I am absolutely grateful. Even after I mentioned I no longer needed help, he mentioned he was happy to help anyway and even reminded me to fill out a specific form I would have otherwise forgotten about. This form may save me even more money on my taxes.

Long story short, it’s not easy to gain my trust. Clarke Dray, however, earned it. I will be making sure everyone undergoing financial hardship hears about this company.

Have been absolutely amazing! My case took a little longer, but they were patient with me throughout the whole process, and answered all of my (many, detailed) questions- thank you!
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to file bankruptcy based on my experience. I was actually referred by someone myself.
Clark is pretty laid back yet you feel like he knows what he is doing. He didn’t overcomplicate the process, yet he was effective.
