When a loved one dies, it is hard to comprehend all of the loss. In handling my loved one's will and estate, Gilbert and Krystin have helped me tremendously over the last 18 months. My goal was to not give 1 cent of my loved one's estate to creditors and debt collectors. This is how we could honor him.
Gilbert and Krystin were top-notch and after probate, we won! Creditors lose!
Gilbert will protect you and your loved one's memory and name. He is a MUST!

Gilbert helps you with all of your legal questions and offers advice of the law that you may not be aware of.
His staff is very friendly and you always feel at ease in his office. You dont have that stuffy feeling of being around someone more superior than yourself.

Mr. Vara was recommended to myself and my mother to take care of her estate planning, last will and testament, and a family legal matter that needed some attention. Mr Vara was very kind, professional, personable and took the time to get to know us and our unusual legal situation, and our desires as to the outcome of our visit with him. His plan of action was explained to us in length, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions or just give our input about our case. Mr Vara was very pleasurable to work with and the outcome to our situation was resolved in our favor.
