The have a great client portal that I am ablento enter evidence and communicate with the back office through. There are several false negative reviews— the one from Marsha Hall is totally false and I represent her husband. She’s just upset because I significantly reduced her support. The one from Baldo is false and I represented his ex who won custody and he ended up with very limited visitation due to his own actions. He needs to look in the mirror when casting blame. The one from Karen Reich — she is my former husband’s ex wife. She’s just upset because we removed the children from her care due to her drug abuse and domestic violence relationships, so she’s vindictive. Mr. Arnold only prevailed because his former spouse had some difficulty with being honest with me. Of course he prevailed as the court determined his credibility was greater than hers.

Lor Lavrik, Kandy Simmons, Tiffany Ecklo, Lisa Grider , Aris T and Terry Shipley do not appear to be past clients in my client database— therefore I believe them to be opposing parties. Curt Schultz was a client over 20 years ago.

The other few negative reviews are blatantly misrepresented from actual past clients. I am no miracle worker and when clients aren’t honest with me, they are not going to get the results I discussed with them while I believed I was being told the truth.

You will get NO justice with Ms. Justice as your attorney! Disgusted with the lack of knowledge and lack of integrity while representing me in what should have been an easy win, and prolonged the case nearly 3 years, costing over $27,000! Big talk, but all lies! Worst attorney ever, just read all the (real customer) reviews! Take heed!

Horrible experience. Child custody case, she told me she mostly had father clients and the case was clear cut. Heading into the trial I knew I was in trouble, she didn't recall case or details. Some of our meetings were more about her and her building houses, not my case. Not proactive, let the other side dictate everything, ordered documents that I didn't need ($300plus) and said she just wanted to be sure we didn't miss anything (on my dime). By the time I fired her I had a mess. She billed and wanted her money for sure. Sometimes successful business people are successful not because they do good work but can sell their service.. The rest is random luck. Had no good luck here. I was lucky to save my children from a very bad situation, using another attorney.

Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it.

I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case.

I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome.

She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

I had a very complex child custody case. I hired Kerrie Justice after it had taken a sudden turn that was not in my favor. In the end she won my case. My only regret is that I did not bring her on in the beginning because I think she would have been able to shorten the duration I spent in court. She is extremely professional, experienced, and thorough. I would highly recommend her. In addition, her staff are all very organized, prompt and personable. I am so glad I found Ms.Justice. she took over a nightmare case and finally got me results. She and her staff are wonderful people who try hard and are empathetic to their clients. She is worth every dime I've paid for her to represent me and get what's right for my children in a horrible divorce. She is rectifying problems from a previous attorney and doing what previous attorney should have done (for the 5 thousand I gave her) and Kerries retainer was less. Her rates are fair and she really works for the what she charges. If you're in a situation where you're not getting even 1% of what's fair for your children. Call Ms.Justice. She'll know what to do and do it!

When my ex-wife lawyered up, I needed to defend myself. I read reviews and interviewed 5 different family law attorneys. I explained my situation to each of them and had a list of questions also. Once I was done, I waited a few days and then called back to state that "I forgot to ask a couple of things." I didn't really have extra questions, I just wanted to see how I would be treated if I wasn't yet a client.

Some of the attorneys just disregarded my calls and never returned my multiple voicemails or messages left with the receptionists, some told me that if I had further questions I would have to make another appointment, and one told me straight out that I would not be allowed to talk to the attorney further unless I brought them on first. Kerrie Justice took my call personally and answered my additional questions. My decision was made. Additionally, when I called other attorneys back to let them know my choice. 3 of them told me "Good choice. She's one of the best family law attorneys around."

They were right. Her office is organized, staff is polite, they are on top of things, understood my frustrations when I needed to vent, and were always helpful. Kerrie was also AMAZING in court. There wasn't a single point that we lost on, and in fact everything was going in our favor when my ex finally decided to settle. Karyn, Natalie and Kerrie were invaluable and I am eternally grateful for all they did. Even the accounting manager Athena, was great. My divorce was so financially devastating and Athena understood that. She was firm, needed deadlines kept, but worked with me on the financial side to help me.

I can't say enough good about Kerrie, her staff, and the office in general. Divorce is a terrible thing. It is stressful financially and emotionally on both parties and their respective families. Kerrie and her staff made the experience so much more manageable by following through, keeping me apprised of what was going on, providing guidance and simply listening and understanding my particular situation.

You will not go wrong hiring Kerrie and her firm. They are first rate, she is a winner in the courtroom, they are polite, considerate, helpful and understanding. During a tough time, it's this kind of attorney you need.
