I had a highly favorable experience with Nikki Farris, from beginning to end, including her paralegal office staff. Nikki and her staff seem highly motivated to help each customer. Jeanne is a excellent addition to her staff and was a big help to me along the way. They always knew me by name and knew my specific situation when I called. They were always friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable. They answered my calls in a reasonable time and always answered my questions. They helped me through my jitters and my pre-bankruptcy lows with understanding and good advice. They walked me through the process step-by-step and made sure I didn't forget any important dates, paperwork or deadlines. I can't say they made the bankruptcy a pleasurable experience (ha ha), but they made what could have been a terrible experience for me tolerable and much less stressful. I can’t get over how amazing she is. From the get go she handled our case professionally. By the time my fiancé and myself were out of her office she had his case already settled.
