I would highly recommend David Helmer for any legal needs. From the beginning he was extremely responsive. He attended to me like I was his only client. His office staff are just as responsive and professional as he is. Legal issues can be confusing and what I really appreciated about Dave is he took the time to "spell" it out for me. He gave the the good and the bad news and was very straightforward with all the proceedings. I had an extended legal issue and got to know David and his staff fairly well. They are great individuals whom I would trust again.

If you are looking for a tough and stern attorney that knows the rules, Mr. Helmer is your man. I used Mr. Helmer for a very tough case I had to deal with. Mr. Helmer did a great job and we reached the goal we had intended to reach. At the end of our dealings we had a discrepancy in the bill. Dave was more then fair with me and we came to a fair agreement. I paid the bill, we shook hands and that was it. I would use Mr. Helmer again and recommend him.

Terrible. He should have retired many years ago. Worthless representation and he constantly yelled at me (his client) and called me names. When I asked his assistant why he did this she responded “oh don’t worry he yells at all his clients.”
His representation was terrible and completely passive. I absolutely could have done better on my own.

Dave took my case. It was a 12 point traffic ticket. He got it knocked down to 6 points with minimum fines and court fees. He did a great job handling my case and getting me the minimum charge. I would definitely recommend hiring Dave Helmer for future legal needs.
