I always felt like Elaine's only client whenever working with her. Her counsel was always thorough and never rushed. She never had another call to take or meeting to attend. Elaine Lukic was a godsend when I was at a tough point in my life. In the beginning of 2023, I needed legal help on two different cases and felt very lost. When Elaine first contacted me on the free consultation, she put me at ease very quickly and I remember her saying that she would quash both cases and get them off my record. Fast forward to 2024 and sure enough everything has been fixed and my records had been sealed. I can’t say enough great things about Elaine Lukic. Elaine is my hero! She truly is THE superlawyer for domestic violence cases. I was wrongfully charged and felt defeated. She happily walked me through every step, thought, question, concern and has so much experience to back it up! My case was dismissed the day before court even started. It was then sealed. I called the Law Offices of Elaine E. Lukic because I was so impressed with her credentials and experience and I needed immediate advice for my son. I called and left a message and Elaine got back to me quickly despite the fact she was in a hospital dealing with a family crisis. She talked to me and my son and asked a critical question that led to her searching records and finding out my son had no recorded warrants outstanding. This meant we would not need her services but she continued to explain to us what this all meant and any future possibilities. She did all this without charging us. Elaine cares and is so knowledgeable. We were so so lucky to have found her.

I would not recommend. My life was literally on the line and she wasn’t knowledgeable about my charges. One of my charges was leaving the scene of an accident and her response to me was “if you would have known there was an accident you would have stopped” but that charge is a strict liability crime so it doesn’t matter what knew it’s if it happened or it didn’t. I don’t think she knew what she was doing at all. It was a waste of $15,000. She kept recommending things like a video reinactment which didn’t nothing for my case and wasted more of my money. She takes on too many cases and she doesn’t know how to handle them. She knows how to use her words to make you feel like you’re supported so you can write her a check but does nothing for your case. The DA on my case simply ignored her. And all she did was request extension after extension until I got tired and wanted to move on with my life. The public defender did a better job. Don’t waste your money.
