Terrible attorney he charges 5000 dollars to file the small petition.
He demands answer for too many questions. He hen we ask him a question he gets offended. He can be little more polite when talking to clients. Another things is he doesn’t cover MetLife because he charges 10 times over what MetLife pays to an attorney.
Overall he is knowledgeable attorney.
But extremely rude with arrogant tone of voice.

I'll start off by saying that working with Pari was probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life. He started off as semi-helpful when I was in a tough situation, but as time went on he just got progressively worse. He would not answer a question when asked, it took several times and days of emailing and following up with him to get a response, and when he did respond, it was barely even a sentence. He demanded more and more money for the simplest and smallest questions. I understand that a lawyers advice given comes with a price (and I did not have an issue paying) but when we actually did have the consultation, it just displayed more arrogance as if I was supposed to know the answers to these "dumb questions" I asked.

My final straw with him was when he disrespected my wife and she left the room and then he made a rude comment as if she was the disrespectful one. This guy is so arrogant and just simply rude for absolutely no reason. I got a new lawyer and my issue that took months of back and forth with Pari about was solved in less than a week.

As an east Asian immigrant, I thought working with someone with a similar background would be more understanding, but honestly I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

I have had extremely poor experience of Pari. He’s not good… Here’s what happened:

1. He took my case my immigration case. During the case, he got upset at me… after which he started asking me for more money. I had already given him the full case fee, but during the middle of the case, after I sensed that he got upset, he started asking for more. . (I was struggling immensely at that time… I was going through a very hard time personally and financially and when he started asking for money, I felt taken advantage of ) .. Basically he had verbally told me the TOTAL fee is $1200, which I paid, but afterwards, few months after, he asked me to pay him extra $600 to continue the case. He may take advantage of you, financially, … be aware.

2. During my case, we needed a translation company. Pari has a translation company he’s connected with, Rush Translation Services. He recommended them. During the process, this company must’ve made mistakes like EIGHT different times…we constantly had to rectify and correct them.. it was mind numbingly dumb to deal with his recommended company. I don’t recommend them.

3. Pari also took my little brother’s immigration case… During the case, some of my brother’s documents got rejected… Pari simply ignored it and NEGLECTED TO INFORM US that the documents had been rejected for SIX MONTHS and when finally we found out, we were very upset because because of his inefficiency, the case got delayed by six months.

4. During my case, I needed case related career advice. ( I was planning to change my career). I consulted Pari. Hindsight being 20/20, he gave me poor advice which caused some problems. I then consulted another lawyer. She gave me good answers and I was able to move forward, with the career change and the case. I wouldn’t trust his professional advice, big or small… just saying.

All in all, poor just poor experience of him, as a lawyer. I don’t recommend him, for anyone (big or small case). (You can see from my reasons why)

No Stars for Pari! He is a lawyer that does not pay his own bills! He had work done at one of his rentals and will not pay our small company after the work has been done. This has been going on for 10 months, he has ghosted us and will not pay his bills! Who would associate with him? Or hire him to represent them? He is not to be trusted!

UPDATE: Even response shows the arrogance. I was your potential client, it was the first call I made it as a consultation and during that, you have shown that how do you treat your clients. The questions I asked was part of the consultation, you were not doing any charity by answering those questions., neither I was in for seeking any charity. Answering the questions in a nice way is not a charity, it is the level of the communication. Very glad that I didn't hired you for my work.

All recent reviews with the negative feedback seems to be true. I needed an immigration consulting. From the very first telephone call, Mr. Sheth sounded rude and unprofessional. When asked for the cost details and other questions, he simply denied that he will not consider the request and that response was too unprofessional. He could have said that in a good and professional way. Glad that I didn’t continued with him. Can’t handle unprofessional behavior.
