This is by far the BEST hiring firm I have had the pleasure to work with! LMS helped me find my current job at a small, remote startup law firm and made the process really easy. Kelly from LMS reached out to me on LinkedIn and within a week we had a call to go over a few opportunities she felt would be a good fit for me. I found LMS on LinkedIn and although the job posting didn't offer a ton of specific details (because LMS is a recruiting agency they tell you about the role first and wait to give you the specific details during the preliminary interview) I still applied because I felt my experience and skills were transferable. I worked directly with Lindsay for the application and interview process for a reception/assistant role at a small Law Firm. Lindsay was so kind and took time to make sure I understood all the details of the role and helped prep me for a couple of interviews. She was extremely response (even on a Saturday when the job offer came through late on a Friday night) and did her best to answer all my questions. She even followed up with me once I accepted the role and had my first week at the Firm. I was also introduced to Katie who offered me great insight about the Firm and the opportunities I might have if I accepted the offer. Overall, I had a great experience working with LMS. It can be tough out there applying to jobs and sometimes recruiters aren't clear with their intentions or what the role might offer. I appreciated how direct LMS was with every step of the process. I never felt blind sighted or confused. I can't say enough about how helpful they were to me.
