One more thing, I had a health scare a few months ago and ended up in a hospital in Las Vegas. I am of good health but the situation that brought me there was a one off event. I ended up on an operating table for 3 hours and the doctor saved my life. I am very blessed to have survived it. At that time, I hadn't done any estate planning. I could not imagine if things turned out different and I had left this earth and put all that responsibility on my spouse and family to deal with all of my estate.
