After the most horrific accident imaginable, I didn’t know where to turn. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Morgan law group to see what they could do for me. She was very friendly and understanding and almost made me cry after hanging up the phone with her because I was just so surprised that a professional Could be so nice to someone she’s never met before. Whenever I had questions or concerns, all I had to do was text her or call her and she was right there to help me out. I will never forget the kindness that she has shown me thus far. My case is still pending, and yet she is still standing by my side, helping me out. I would recommend Morgan law group to anyone who not only needs help in navigating the rest of their life, but possibly somebody Who they could talk to who will understand what they’re going through.

I am writing this for my mother in law. This company have now completely ghosted her on the Hurricane Ian repairs. And now there are more leakage issues after Hurricane Helene. She has called them with no call returns, she was in a group text with them and they removed her from the group text, it's just been nothing but radio silence. There has been no movement on this. She is a very sick woman and I truly fear for her health, just constantly breathing in who knows what because this company dropped the ball. I do not recommend this company at all. She's still stuck with massive Hurricane Ian damage and they just do not seem to care about their clients.

The worst unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. My attorney Phillip Rhodes never answers the phone. Never returns phone calls. It has taken them 2 years to settle on my roof but yet my insurance company sent them over $28,000 a year and a half ago. Now it seems when I call I get shuffled around between hourly individuals that I have to keep explaining the same thing over and over, seems like they have zero inter office communication they just like to blind transfer people around and hopefully, maybe someone might get it right. I definitely advise if you need this type of representation I would look elsewhere unless you have eternity to wait and you enjoy being left in the dark or being treated like a child.

It has been over 2 years since they took our case, we are senior citizens with storm damage, FIGA paid on our claim in April 2024 and they still have not released our money to us, something shady going on with this firm, hardly ever return our calls & now have ‘lost’ our FIGA check for the 2nd time!
