Mr Shane Sears is an amazing lawyer who makes you feel like family! He helped stand up for my daughter’s rights for education with the BOE and never quit ! He always kept me in the loop and always made sure I understood everything before i signed anything or made a decision about it! With his help we were able to get my daughter more services and help through the district and were in the process of doing new a new IEP for her with more services suited specifically for her needs and he also helped this momma get some lost hope back ! I highly recommend him to anyone needing his help , he’s absolutely amazing and always has your child or yourself first and he doesn’t give up . He’s been our angel I’ve been praying for to help navigate this momma!

Best attorney out there! He helped my child who is on an IEP plan. He made sure everything was being followed on the IEP plan and brought out answers I was looking for that I could never get from the school and he also requested extra support to be implemented into my child’s IEP plan and made it happen.
