Will thoroughly defended my case, resulting in a reinstatement of my license and a court case dismissal. I went in for the consultation and for information on hiring. I couldn't afford the retainer, figuring I could work toward that later if needed, so went in and tried to get the restraining order on my own, but the judge asked if the person had threatened to physically threatening me (she's getting me in trouble at work, getting and trying to get me banned from places, and being nasty in public), so I said no and that was the end, no luck. So I emailed and asked, not for specifics, but would they have a way to address that question that would get it past that, if I paid the retainer. No response. Someone followed up later and I said I wanted that answered and was told we needed to talk on the phone, so I gave my availability. The person tried to reach out during other times, but made no attempt to reach out during the dates/times I had provided. Now I have to reach out to another lawyer.
