This company is a joke, I first called on the 12th of May and was promised a return call from an Attorney in 24 to 48 hours. It is now the 23rd of May and I still haven't heard from an Attorney. I have called Ticket Void 3 times, they claim they resent my info 3 times and still nothing.
To make matters worse, Ticket Void is only a forwarding house, they just forward your info to Attorneys in your area so they have no idea why I'm not getting a return call and all they can do is resend the info that's not being addressed in the first place.
I had to argue with someone to get a supervisor as well.
