In the Summer of 2018 my father sustained a life ending injury while in assisted living, that was totally preventable. The venue of the case presented some problems, especially concerning very low caps on the amount of recoverable damages for wrongful death. The first firm we had the case with (not in Huntsville), sat on it for almost a year....obviously not wanting to proceed because of the low caps. After that time period, I brought the case to Bart at ST&L, and immediately I knew I had done the right thing.

Mr. Timberlake was so nice and during the initial consultation, there was a dog :). Someone hit me and the other persons insurance just wasn't wanting to pay me so I went to Mr. Timberlake, with his help I got the compensation I deserved. I really liked his team too, they were so nice and dumbed everything down so I could understand easily. 10/10 would call them the next time I have an accident.
