Took my parents for a ride. Took their money and did not follow through with removing them from the timeshares and now will not answer my phone calls or return my messages. Wanting to get the 100% money back guarantee returned for my parents but they will not respond.

If your thinking about using timeshare legal don’t!!!’ There a scam company they promised me that if a pay there fee upfront little over $4000 they would cancel my timeshare after 3years on April 18 there contract will end and they haven’t even tried to cancel the timeshare. After almost 21/2 years sending them emails and statements and doing exactly what they asked timeshare legal tried to send me to another company timeshare curs and asking for more money and time to cancel, I didn’t agree. So now it’s time to pay back they have Blocked my phone numbers and giving me the runaround. So please stay far away from them as possible. If you also notice if any one gives a negative review they say you have the wrong company. Also funny how they don’t give you a phone number to call on their response.

This is a scam. They are working it together with Timeshare Cures (who sign you up) and charges you money, then transfer you to these guys who charge you more money. They are not legal knowledgeable and try to stall until you need a lawyer. I ender up paying a lot of money for nothing. I ended up handling it myself.

I am a business owner. I have sent several of my clients to Timeshare Legal Service and they have been very happy with a 100% success rate. I would not jeopardize my customers with a company that did not treat them as I do with the upmost respect and great customer service. If you want to look at your options to get out of your Timeshare you should give these guys a call.

I signed up for this service, thinking that I would be out of my contract with my timeshare company. After a year, I am still locked in with my timeshare contract, and no results. Timesahare Legal, seems to have a high employee turn over. It appears that I'm contacted by a new employees every time I reach out to them, and getting a response is almost impossible. When sending an email, I always hear from a different person, because that person no longer works with the company. In addition, they don't follow up with monthly updates and if you read the small print, you have to wait 3 years to be eligible for a 100% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will not help you and are just as bad at scamming people as the timeshare company themselves.

Thank you! for helping us get rid of our timeshare. Our maintenance fee had risen from $225. to $850. Owen knows the business, he was straight forward and confident. The office staff was responsive and worked with us to complete the process. We are very please with the service and the final result which was completed in about four months. Covid-19 delayed the process by about one month, not bad at all. Honestly, after all the deceptive tactics used by the timeshare company it was very refreshing to work with a company that does what it says and seems to care about their customers.
