Should be a negative option. If it were they would get -5 stars and would have to get on an approved payment plan to redeem themselves. But first they would have to submit all monthly reviews less than 5 stars with an explanation for each and how they plan to resolve them.
The absolute rudest company I have ever encountered. Why are they still in business! Steve, Ellie, and everyone involved. Throw the whole company away. Shame on any company that hires them as a third party company. Unfortunately, they are all very sad people that live very sad lives to be so unprofessional and more like a bully. Harassing people and then hanging up on them. Ellie literally said I was yelling but I was in the library lobby and simply asked for more information. I told her in a very relaxed tone, I’m really not yelling. Then, she hung up the phone. Something needs to be done.

If I could give a lower score, I would. I had a representative from this firm, call me and be completely rude to try to collect for a Minor incident as he stated Regarding an Insurance claim that is completely fabricated. The individual called me as if I owed him money directly. Completely unprofessional and very passive aggressive!!!!

Keeps calling me and leaving messages. I'm not even the person indicated at all. I have been warned that this company is bunch of scammers and they want to just get whatever they want and intimidate you. Don't fall for these people at all. The funny part is that whatever they are trying to do has nothing to do with me. What they need are actual detectives or private investigators before they start calling the wrong people. Don't give any personal information to these clowns! Block them if you can!

I wasn't at fault for the accident i will admit I didn't have licenses or insurance only my Temps and the dude insurance couldn't do nothing about his damages because he didn't have coverage I have pictures of both our vans the day it happened and mine suffered way more damaged then his did. I had the throw away 4 car seats and I had to junk my van because a week after the accident my van didn't start or anything I replaced everything that could of been wrong with it and what I was told what was wrong with it and it still didn't start... they blocked my number my email I left so many voice messages to them just to set up a payment plan and never gotten a call or email back and then they blocked my number there so rude and unprofessional

If I could give this business negative starts I would. I received a phone call from a very rude woman by the name of Dimmie. She was stating that they needed my insurance information because my insurance didn’t respond to State Farm on an accident that happened months ago. I told her why are they asking me to provide my insurance information now since it’s been such a long time ago and I already provided that to State Farm. She right away started saying “You must not have insurance on your car only people without insurance are scared to give their information” I was in shock when she said that. Of course I’m not going to provide my information to a third party that State Farm just hired. I asked her to transfer me to her manager. That was the worst mistake he was even more rude. He started saying the same things and saying insulting comments. I have never dealt with such a disgusting group of people like them. I don’t understand how they are even in business. They need God in their life.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience with TL Thompson and Associates. They contacted me about a car accident that supposedly took place in California—a state I haven’t lived in since the beginning of the year. Without even confirming my identity, they started sharing sensitive details about a State Farm case and a person I’ve never met.

When I told the representative, Elly, that they had the wrong person, she was extremely rude, uncooperative, and even semi-yelled at me before hanging up. She insisted that I owed $8,000 for a car I never owned, despite me repeatedly explaining that I had nothing to do with the accident or the car involved.

The situation only got worse when I spoke to the so-called supervisor, Kasey Foster. Despite spelling out my first and last name for her, she still insisted I was involved in the case. She couldn’t even read the names on the police report and then told me to “figure it out myself” by calling the police. After checking with multiple police departments, I confirmed that my name was not associated with the accident at all.

When I called TL Thompson and Associates back to clear things up, I was met with the same nasty attitude. Kasey even hung up on me after saying she didn’t know how to use a keyboard. This company is beyond unprofessional—giving out sensitive information to the wrong person and refusing to acknowledge their mistake is not only irresponsible but potentially illegal.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with this company. They have no respect for privacy, no basic customer service skills, and absolutely no morals.

Run! Far away from this company, they are nothing but scammed if you are on your dead bed. Megan Morgan doesn't care if you lost your job they want your money no matter what. If you talk to a lady who has extension 205? Megan Morgan will have a really bad attitude against you no matter what you say. Megan Morgan will lie to you that she was trying to reach out to you. I don't know how she is the boss of this company. She will lie that she never sent you her email, but she will not reply to anyone emails no matter who it is. Someone needs to shut down them because she will lie to that she will spend your driving license. If you don't pay for someone who didn't pay their car insurance & she will make sure that you paid for that person $500 deductible. She thinks that she knows other states' laws & you can not do anything about it.
