In May of 2024, I was driving a commercial vehicle on the highway, when a passenger vehicle suddenly pulled out in front of me in an attempt to cross the highway. I tried my best to avoid the collision, maneuvering my tow truck into the ditch alongside the highway, but in doing so, my head and left ear hit the driver’s side window which led to hearing loss.
