Would def recommend this place over Perkins Law firm. I called Perkins 6 times at least and spoke with them over the past 2 months almost trying to get in with them and the attorney never would get back to me. I hired Scott trout to file a quite title action for three properties and Mr trout filed all of the lawsuits ,wrongly, and did not serve the interested parties!
Consequently I lost at least 6000.00 dollars because I have to hire someone else to file the lawsuits correctly!
I applied for title insurance for all three properties but no title insurance company in Arkansas would issue me title insurance based on Mr Scott trout's frivolous lawsuits that serve no purpose since the titles of the properties still had a cloud over the properties title !
I asked Mr trout for my $ 6,000.00 dollar refund but he refused to give me back my money!
It looks like I will have to sue Mr Scott trout since his quite title lawsuits did not enable me to get title insurance and sell my properties bought at the tax sale !!

I thought I wrote a review..... anyways, Scott is the best attorney I have ever met, he doesn't drag things out, and works very hard for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone I know, especially for child custody cases. Thank you Troutt Law Firm!!! This was the best experience ever. His pricing is great too.
