Unger Law Firm did an amazing job on my case in achieving the best possible outcome. The case was a bit confuse and complicated, being that it was officially established in the State of Florida and re-opened in Texas. There was a lot of back and forth between my previous case/attorney and the new situation, but that shows as well how much attention to detail and wanting to make sure all bases were analyzed by the Law Firm. From the very beginning, Unger Law Firm would ask a lot of questions and was really digging into the situation, even I was surprised how much information they wanted from me since even before the original case in Florida occurred. Hiring attorneys in general regardless of the case can be stressful mentally, physically, and for sure financially. Unger Law Firm gave me the satisfaction and tranquility that financially the investment was more than worth it. The Unger Law Firm is very passionate in their work and are there for you all the way, a lot of input is also required from oneself, because at the end of the day it is our lives and whatever the outcome is will affect us, so it is strongly a team effort. Personally, the outcome was not 100% what we would of desire, but analytically speaking, it was really the best outcome given the situation. If Unger Law Firm practice more than just family law, I would make them my to-go people for all my legal issues. Thank you, Unger Law Firm, for everything, both Mark & Katherine are amazing!

Mr. Unger went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. He did everything he told me he was going to do, for the amount he told me he would do it for....and returned the balance of my retainer that wasn't used. More than once he spent time on my case with me that he didn't charge for. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again should the need arise. I genuinely felt he cared about me and my situation.

Mark and his team deftly handled my case and kept me informed of developments as they happened. Both Mark and Katherine were excellent at keeping me in the loop and providing me options for how to move forward. I always felt supported and not pushed in any direction, though Mark's guidance was integral to our successful outcome. Mark was referred to me by a friend who had a great experience working with him. From the moment I met Mark he was thorough, attentive, and made me feel like my problems were his problems. I happened to be out of town when I called him and Mark was too. Despite this, he was extremely flexible and motivated to meet with me ASAP. He met me at a Starbucks on his way home while passing through the town I was in. He always made me a priority throughout all the crazy situations that arose in my case. He’s extremely intelligent, caring, professional, and the most committed hard working person I’ve ever seen. He plans 10 steps ahead. He was always over prepared making the other side appear under prepared. This paid off for me and my complex trial case in the end. Mark consulted with other experts when needed and has great professional relationships that helped my case. He is always thinking outside the box to protect you from the worst possible case scenario. That became important in my case when dealing with a narcissistic psychopath who pathologically lied. Mark’s specificity and attention to detail played a key role when defending me against lies and false allegations. Mark was realistic and honest with me at all times. I appreciate the fact he didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear but rather what I needed to hear. I am forever indebted to Mark for all he has done for me. No amount of money will ever come close to expressing my gratitude for him. Katherine, his paralegal was equally amazing. She helped me with so much and was such a pleasure to work with.
