Save your time/money and get your eviction services done elsewhere. The owner herself (Carol Ghio) is rude and very unprofessional. Their only form of communication is phone/email. They don't answer the phone and when they respond to the email they pick and chose what questions to answer making it extremely hard for those not familiar with the process. They don't ask for everything they need then they turn around and blame the client for not providing the information. I was charged $200 for them to serve a document then I receive a very unprofessional phone call from the owner that I need to pay another $200 for them to change the documents to state "residence to studio". There is no need to pay $400 for them to serve a 3day notice simply because they don't take the time to ask the clients detailed questions about what the need. Not only was the experience a waste of money but I had to deal with the unprofessional demeanor of the owner who talks down on her clients when clearly they are suppose to be there to facilitate the eviction process not make it more stressful.

Great I finally found the most reliable knowledgeable eviction processor she has guide me step by step what I need to do so I highly recommend this young woman to anyone who is clueless what to do to get an eviction done. Miss Carol you are definitely a keeper. Thank YOU Maria Asuncion. I will be calling you in the morning. She is a woman of her word she will get this done.
