How to even begin! We will always say Becca Gould, our wedding planner, was the most important person at our wedding. Our entire family would share that sentiment. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail (and there were MANY details) was organized and executed as we imagined.

We hosted our Vail wedding weekend in a very nontraditional way renting out 5 different Vail restaurants and venues that typically do not host weddings. It was not easy, but with Becca it seemed easy. With her help we transformed and personalized each venue. Becca gave us the budgets, tools, vendor relations, ideas, and her daily warmth and optimism to make it all happen.

Becca was our first text the morning after our wedding. Not only did we say THANK YOU. We also said we hope to know her for the rest of our lives. Her expertise and warmth gave us the wedding of our dreams. Take our advice and hire her! You will thank us. We plan to hire her again for any future event!

Becca is a true professional, and she is so much of the reason our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. She was so attentive and supportive throughout the entire planning process and made us feel completely at ease - if anything did not go according to plan, we never would have known because she had it all handled. Our welcome party musician fell through in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and Becca had no trouble finding the perfect solution and everyone LOVED him. When we got back to our room the night of the wedding, Becca and our amazing photographer had left a framed wedding photo for us, along with wedding cake and all of our reception details packed up neatly and ready to go.

Becca and her team anticipate every scenario and are so communicative - my husband and I, as well as out families and all of our guests, were able to be present and simply enjoy the weekend. That was the greatest gift!

Becca is one of a kind. We hired Becca about 1.5 years before our actual wedding and she was hands down one of the best decisions we made for this whole process! The entire time she was so organized, welcoming, calm, and a blessing to work with. Everyone told me how relaxed I was going into the wedding and it was because I knew that Becca had my vision down, all the details worked out, a plan in place, and I did not have to worry about anything. Even all our vendors while I was booking them went out of their way to say how much they enjoyed working with Becca and how well executed her events are, which made me feel so great.

My venue was at the top of Vail Mountain, so our wedding took lots of logistics, had vendors organized to load into the the gondola, and had a reduced set up timeline than normal. And still everything from what I can tell went off without a hitch - which means she either planned perfectly or was the best wedding coordinator and took care of everything without anyone knowing and a smile on her face. Either way, my husband and I had our dream wedding.

I honestly could not recommend her and her staff enough. She is worth 100x her price for the expertise she brings to the table, and the stress she takes away for any planning bride out there.

Working with Becca checked all those boxes, and then some, and then some more! Her attention to detail is off the chart, which I love and appreciate tremendously. She never stops smiling, even during the most stressful of situations. For instance, when a freak storm with 30 mph winds interrupted an outdoor tented event, she pivoted and made literal magic happen. Her smile comes with an infectiously sweet and bubbly personality which is pure delight. Her clients just love her, and she loves them right back. She bends over backwards for her clients and working an event with her is something to behold. Her talents and dedication to her craft is top notch and is something special to witness and be apart of.
