Attorney Gerald Gornick has helped various family members obtain their permanent residency. When it was my turn to seek help in starting the paperwork for my husband’s residency there was no doubt in my mind that attorney Gerald was the guy for the job. He was very honest from the beginning and made sure to keep us in the loop of everything. We submitted paperwork for my husbands adjustment of status in early March 2024 and just a couple days ago, (August 16,2024), his permanent residency was approved!! Thank you to Mr. Gerald Gornik! He just helped my dad get his I-130 petition approved!!

The process was super smooth and quick. He also helped my mom get her residency approved a few years back which was even quicker, took about 3 months to get it!

We are so thankful with Gerald for handling this case so professionally. Even during my dad’s interview the immigration officer mentioned he was quite impressed with Geralds way of presenting his work so professionally! And I have no doubt that he absolutely did so!

I truly recommend this attorney 100% if anyone needs help with legal services. Truly blessed to have found Gerald and his team. We started our process to help my father with his immigration status during covid lockdown and he was more than accommodating to do zoom calls and phone calls. Where can I start with all of this, Mr Gornik is an incredible immigration lawyer! With decades of experience in immigration law he was able to get my case done in such a fast turnaround time that I was shocked.
