I was very pleased when I chose Jacob Waldo as my daughters lawyer. From the first time meeting with Jacob I knew he was an excellent lawyer and would fight for not only my daughter but for me as well. Everytime I called Tiffany was always kind and helped me in any way she could. If I couldn't speak to Jacob right then he always made sure to call me back before the day was over. When I met with him, he answered every one of my questions he never tried to rush me or made me feel stupid by any of my questions. They kept me informed on my case. Tiffany would call me and keep me updated. The day of court Jacob made sure I got everything I wanted plus some for my daughter. I highly recommend them. Everyone in the office is wonderful and very helpful. There was one time when Jacob wasn't in the office and his father Jeffery helped me. They are both excellent lawyers. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM THEY ARE A JOKE! They claim to care about their clients but they don’t. They are so unprofessional, and act like they’re still in high school with their pettiness towards their clients. They also talk about other cases with other clients and people in their “office” and “talk trash” about their clients as well, when in turn they do not tell you much if anything about your own case, almost impossible to get any type of response on their office cell phone. Jacob Waldo will tell you one thing to your face and then turn around and do something completely different behind his clients back. They need to get professional secretaries and help to keep clients informed. I would never recommend these people. Any decent review they have is from someone who knows them personally and not giving an honest review. Don’t waste your money, go to a real law firm and not this joke.
