Get with the times! I don’t know what tools your technicians use but its none that I have ever used. An air impact that can’t remove a lug nut over 120 ft lbs. I paid for a service and it was cancelled without notice or any attempt to alleviate the situation. You are telling me I can order tires get told I can’t get serviced because you can’t remove frozen lug nuts, then I can go home and remove them with a breaker bar? Wrong answer, check the credentialing of your techs and if that isn’t the issue, then they are being lazy. Be better!

Walmart are generally uniform making them difficult to review, however there are subtle differences so I will focus on the differences. Staff is generally nicer than most, electronics department is up to date, clearance area is clearly marked, not overly crowded like some locations and easier in and out of traffic than many locations.

Staying just down the way. Close by, was nice. The store was clean. Grabbed a long sleeved shirt, and some groceries too. It has everything you need. Quick thru the line. Self check outs were bumping too. Thanks for the quick and the convenience. Store was lit up outside and good size parking lot too

I recently made an online order to be delivered & the delivery driver called to tell me he would be late because he left my order with the wrong person & needed to go back to retrieve my order even tho I opted to do the passcode signature when delivered. I ordered $300 worth of items & I'm missing over $100 worth. I've called customer service, emailed, app/ online refund requests and will continue to call text email review & request a refund or replacement of items purchased & lost by driver until it's made right please & thank you. I spend a lot of money here (as we all do) & I'm just asking for what I've paid for & I will stop inquiring & change reviews & ratings As well as keep spending money with Walmart. Also I have proof of the driver's mistake with call logs & our recorded conversations from him calling me several times. I hope to have the funds back into my account asap so I can reorder the items I'm missing & needing & to renew the customer appreciation I had in our local Walmart..

My daughter was having an issue with her wiper blade. I am out in Florida so I had no idea what she describing to me. Long story short the auto dept manager took care of the issue. Saved the day because it was beginning to snow. Thanks to the crew and the manager. Kudos guys.

We shop at walmart a lot. I think walmart is very convenient to get everything we need. We love to shop at walmart. Quality product, great availability, good price, and services.

I already dislike Walmart, but what I saw today made it worse. I saw a man and his baby come in to get new tires and the cashier flat out refused.

From what I could hear, the cashier thought it was safer to let the father and baby drive with bad tires than to sell them two.

This walmart has the WORSE freaking employees and I have witnessed a lot of incompetent ones.

Never have issues with this walmart having what i need in stock. Always plenty of parking the people at the door haven't asked me for a receipt in years it's great. If they do just say no thanks and kee walking.
