Nothing short of a 'Con' man - this guy is terrible. Slow, non-responsive and will take your money. The guy is unorganized, and has no professional barring. Complete train wreck, I would not retain him to represent me against a ham sandwich let alone anything of significance.

The most pitiful attorney. He acted up to par when I was inquiring his help, and when it came time for court, he completely sand bagged me. Had not one care about my case's outcome because he was already paid for the job in full. Please don't fall for this man's scheme for caring because I couldn't when get him to answer my calls ounce I'd paid for his services. He also was very rude the day of court and two hours late getting there. Highly warning anyone against seeking Walter Northcutt. Let's say my second court date, I had a new lawyer, Jake Key, and was very happy with the service and final outcome.

Walt is one of the worst lawyers that I ever dealt with He's a con artist charged me $1,500 to get a CD to Discovery before court time I called at five times wanted to come down to his office discuss the tape and he always would tell me they hadn't send it to him yet well come to find out I went to the county and found out he never did file for discovery of the tape and right to this day I doesn't have that tape

This guy is probably the worst attorney in auburn alabama. After consulting with me he then took my ex wife on as his client complete conflict of interest all this guy cares about is money and he has a very nasty attitude when it pertains to children he will talk to you like you dont even care about your kid.Not only that we found many grammatical errors in the documents that he presented and did not refer to us as plaintiff nor defendant unprofessional would not trust
