The workers here are amazing. Francis and Cruz were so helpful and patient with me. I got into a car accident at the intersection where this business is located. Francis allowed me to come in and review the surveillance cameras to prove I was not a fault for a car accident in which another driver hit me. He helped me with something beyond his work tasks and am so grateful. (The other driver tried telling insurance I hit him but it wasn't true! Thank goodness for cameras.)

Phone system says to push three to speak to an associate, and that actually sent me to VM. Left two messages as instructed, and no one has phoned me yet. It's only been 3 weeks though. Unprofessional.

Don’t waste your time - Frustrated & Super disappointed - They are very UNPROFESSIONAL - I have been calling and leaving messages to return my call (basically for a week) and NO call back. I need help with a will & trust. They do not answer their phone and clearly never call you back. The automated phone systems says “Your call is very important to us” YA NO IT IS NOT! If this is any indication of their competency and how well they would help you with your legal matters I’M NOT TAKING ANY CHANCES! These people Shouldn’t be in business - they clearly don’t value getting or wanting new business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I went to For the People after attempting to complete my divorce forms on my own with the guidance of self-help.
