Just got off the phone with someone named Jeanette? Janet? I called to inquire about suing my landlord and to see if that service was something provided and all she said was “No.” without further elaboration. I stated that I thought they did because it popped up on Google under tenant law and she said “we represent the landlords.” And as I was saying thank you she rudely hung up in my ear.

I understand that the service I was looking for isn’t provided at your office but there was a better way to handle this. Please look into retraining your staff.
