I needed to make several changes to my bank accounts and obtain a certain document for tax filing. I called my local branch, Westfield Bank in Enfield, CT, and spoke with Adrian Gold, Branch Manager.
I explained what I needed and Adrian, as always, reassured me that he would be able to help. When I arrived at the bank, I learned that Adrian had already started working on my requests.He expedited the process to get the document, by emailing his resources and requesting the paperwork be emailed to him, while I waited. I left the bank with everything I needed. Thank you Adrian and the staff at Westfield Bank. Great customer service. Sandra

Love this branch. Everyone is friendly, polite and respectful. I needed a Notary and the office was pretty busy. The Branch Manager excused himself from his customer and said he’ll be right with me and offered that I help myself to a coffee from the coffee station while I wait. Ended up needing my debit card replaced as well, and they issued it on the spot right in the branch (chip and tap enabled.)
