I bought a Ferris 3300, 72 inch, zero turn mower. Hands down the best mower I have ever owned. I can cut approximately 4-1/2 acres in about 3 hours. Cody’s knowledge concerning the requirements I needed to maintain my property was on base. Since the purchase, any questions about the mower has been answered and service is quick and reliable. I highly recommend Wheelers for all you property maintenance needs.

I wouldn’t buy weedeater cord from these guys and good luck if you are taking something for repair. They cannot accurately diagnose an issue. They will throw parts at it until they get it right and you will foot the bill for it, running or not. In my case, I was out $300 and left with the same problem I brought it up there with 6 months and two trips later. All they could say, was “sorry “. Avoid at all costs.

This is the first bad review of business I have ever had to leave, but hoping to save someone else 1/3 of a year.

Had my mower for 4 months. Never called with an update.

First time I called, a month into this mess, I was told bluntly that they would call me when it was done. Didn't ask for name, ticket number, etc. just hung up.

Around 8 weeks:
Called to request an update.
Reasonable excuse as to why the work wasn't done yet (lapsed certification)
Told that they will have it sorted in a week or two and will give me a call.

A whole 4 more weeks, still no update.
Call them myself, no progress on getting the previous problem sorted that is preventing the work from being done, told I can pay out of pocket or take it elsewhere. Chose the latter option.

Save your time.

Terrible service. I dropped my 3 year old mower off to do a repair. Was told it would be 8-10 weeks. I called back after 10 weeks and was told it’s not ready and to check back in a month. After 14 weeks I stopped by to check and was told they have been calling me to pick up the mower for a month. A complete total lie. I asked for my mower . They brought it out with parts missing and it was absolutely filthy. I asked for the missing parts and was told it was left here for 90 days and they are not responsible. When loading up the mower I didn’t even get an I’m sorry. I ordered missing parts received them in 2 days and fixed it myself. Will never return to this business.

I asked the guy that I guess runs the place if they worked on chain saws . He asked what brand it was and I told him ,he said it would cost more to fix it than it was worth he failed to ask me what is wrong with it.that tells me this place is a parts replacer, not mechanics . Now I wouldn’t let them work on a yo-yo. Arrogant!!

Thought doing local business was a good idea. After waiting 5 weeks to get work on lawn mower I checked to see how much longer it would be. Told waiting on blades. Be in Friday. Checked that Saturday, blades didn't come in check Monday. Followed up on Thursday, told blades came in will be ready Friday afternoon. Stopped in shop and told, sorry tech went home injured and will definitely be ready Saturday morning at 8:30. Wait until 11am, blades not on. Told will just be 15 minutes. Then told wasn't sure the cutting deck wasn't level. Then another customer was waited on who came in after me. Finally checked out and the price was basically the same as where I was going in Oxford. Needless to say, the drive time I thought I saved was lost in customer service.

After waiting 2 months for the repair work to be completed, and paying just under $500.00, the mower worked for about a month. When the problem started again it needed the same repair. I took the mower to a different repairman and he found where Wheelers Wheels had shaved a part in order to bypass the problem temporarily.
