I have always been afraid to call a lawyer for small stuff but this office helped me so very much that I can’t thank James enough. He was so kind and cared so much for me. I’m out of state and he handled everything pertaining to my son after he passed. All I can say is that I will use him for any legal advice. Even though he’s out of state he knows all law. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Whitehill on a couple occasions. He gave me friendly tips on preparing for the bar exam. I have had negative experiences working for and visiting a couple small businesses here in Tucson. There is a stigma there...lack of concern for employees and curtness with clients...and it's true. HOWEVER Mr. Whitehill SHATTERS these stereotypes. Though I elected a different profession and have thrived there (a mercy since I was very unhappy at the other law firms I worked at), I am grateful for the conversations Mr. Whitehill and I shared. He is, without a doubt, the kindest attorney in all of Tucson, and I cannot recommend him enough.
