We hired Mr. Whitmer to represent a family member in a criminal case. While many attorneys demand a hefty fee upfront, Henry met with our family member for a minimal fee to explain to them what their options were. Henry was professional and provided timely responses to all of our questions. He walked us through everything step-by-step. In addition, he was kind and always asked how we were all doing. He worked hard to try and get the very best outcome for our family member and we are very grateful for that. Henry was basically an answer to a prayer during a very difficult time. If you are ever in need of a good defense attorney, we highly recommend him!

Mr. Witmer went above and beyond in helping my son win his court case. I hired Henry for my boyfriend's case of false allegations. Henry is an incredible attorney. One that respects and understands the law, understands the systems at play, and did his research on the case. He was a master attorney in the court room and my boyfriend was acquitted. He is honest, conscientious, and took the time to explain what was going on and what was needed. I highly recommned Henry-he is a top notch attorney and person.

Henry is a fantastic attorney! We feel so lucky to have found him! Thank God! Henry is incredibly knowledgeable and has extensive experience in both civil and criminal matters...and he knows everyone in the area and is well connected which can be vitally important. He is also very honest and was more interested in helping us with our situation than in charging us a fee! Where other attorneys demanded we pay a hefty upfront retainer before they would even speak to us, Henry listened to our situation over the phone, gave us his opinion, and told us how we could handle the situation on our own. He said we could hire him if we wanted, but at our stage, he said it was unnecessary. We eventually went in to see Henry, and he could not have been more helpful, calming, and understanding. He worked us into his schedule the same day, and again his focus was on helping us, not watching the clock to tally up a giant invoice. He even followed up with us a few days later just to check in and see how we were doing. It was so refreshing and reassuring. Henry is warm, friendly, and understanding--a genuinely great person. He is patient and explains things well, and he makes himself available if you need him because he definitely cares. I highly recommend Henry to anyone looking for a fantastic and very trustworthy attorney!

I hired Henry Whitmer to represent by son in a criminal case. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He didn't sugar coat things but nor did he hang crepe or build things up and make them seem worse than they were and then claim to be a hero. He explained things clearly. Everything he said would happen, did in fact happen. The justice system works extremely slow but he kept on top of the situation and kept us apprised. I hope I never have to hire a criminal defense attorney again but if I did I would hire Henry Whitmer. He was a prosecutor prior to becoming a defense attorney and I felt this worked in my son's favor.

Professionalism, responsiveness, value , and quality! Henry Whitmer is by far the best Criminal Defense Attorney. I was faced with charges against me, from the father of my kids, in order for him to gain leverage in our family law case.
