Wilcox Co. Probate Ct staff has got to be the most incompetent folks I've ever had to deal with! I'd be EMBARRASSED if I were the Judge - she needs to get some well educated people in there that know how to serve the people and if they don't know how to - GET OUT! I wish there were negative stars on here because a 1 star rating is giving them too much!

By far the worst place I’ve ever been the staff is rude.Don’t know one know their job position and everyone keep putting stuff off on everyone else. I went to purchase a tag for my new car it took me two weeks to get a tag. The people client that the information haven’t came in mail yet. I called them back at the place I purchased the car from they said they have sent it already and asked me was that the correct address to send it to and it was. So they say that they will send it again. This time they was going to over night it. The people at the probate judge office say that they’re going to call me when it gets in. A week when by no call are nothing. When I called back ask them was it there they said NO. When I gather all the information I needed I called back and say it was there because someone had to sign for it and I told them the person name that Sign for it and she was the one who had it all along. WOW. It was there the very first time I went. Not only did they have one copy they had 2 copy of the information they need to get my tag. But the not the good part. I just move to Ga so I had to take off of work for 2 days just to get a car tag. 20 hours of driving 5 hours down and 5 hours back and I did that twice.

I went here and tee staff was very nice and kind. The judge very beautiful lady. Most of the time when you go in these places the staff are rude. I want to thank them
