This firm has horrible communication. They take advantage of their knowledge to rack up fees and yet they never respond. The office has been closed since the beginning of COVID and getting a response either via phone or email seems like it's asking to much. In my case they did everything shady and wrong from the start.

Super Abusive Firm. They do not have any clue in how to treat persons. They are only looking for a way to get extra money generating extra fees and penalties when are non existent. Also due to COVID mail delivery is getting delays and they do not care, mail delivery is not under control of end users, but they do not care and just say, we do not receive the payment and will cause extra penalties!

Unprofessional. My debt was sent to this law office and I sent them what they requested of me in the time alloted. Weeks later, I still have not received a call or email to setup a payment plan. Just as unprofessional as the HOA management they are collecting from. These businesses want to get paid but will not return emails or phone calls so they can GET PAID. How does that make sense? Now I have a debt because no one will answer their correspondences I attempt to make with them.

Horrible communication and completely unprofessional. They are closed during covid which is understandable but they do not answer phone calls or return phone calls. I reached out several times due to delayed mail during covid and they could care less. As long as they get their payment and if they don’t they start charging you ridiculous fees. It’s so disappointing the way they run business.
