Had an appointment to speak with a lawyer on a Monday and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment I decided to call and was told that the lawyer that I was supposed to speak with had an emergency court appearance. So basically if I never called, I would've never known that. So #1, not very professional in telling me that this meeting could not happen. Then #2, I was told on that same call that they were going to call me back so we can schedule another appointment and it's now Friday and I still haven't heard back. I've worked in customer service and own a business myself and I would never do this to a client. Very unprofessional.
