Hi I was referred by one of my friend. My family also heard from her friends about yang law offices. They’re great they do answer calls. And respond quickly.
I filed a divorce settlement with my spouse and Karin the attorney she’s very fast and they the job done. Our case was very simple not too complicated. Our marriage we couldn’t work it out too much disagreement and argument in front of child.
But I thank the staff the attorney and the team for every questions, emails, and calls they have put a lot on their time we didn’t spend too much.
Be mindful: each email and calls they will charge so please think twice your question or don’t complain and start writing the company bad review for no reason. Attorneys are very expensive you need to know what you’re doing and how to ask them questions to get what you want.

BEWARE!! Complete incompetence. If there was a -1 star rating, it would be them. Good reviews must have been bought ~ don't believe them. Zero regard for the client. Gave me the run around for 5 months & achieved nothing but charged & charged & gave no breakdown of what I was paying for. Sadly, I was desperate for assistance & trusted the wrong people. Complete waste of time & money. Nothing but frustration & stress.

I used them a few years back and it was the WORSE decision I could have ever made. They started super nice and helpful with my divorce. The thought that I would have paid WAY LESS and been less stressed if I would have just dealt with it myself is an understatement. I paid them over 10K to solve NOTHING! They would charge me for every single second of their time even if they had to call me to ask me the SAME QUESTIONS time after time! It was ridiculous and stressful and I couldn’t have ended that any sooner. I REGRET 10000% using this law firm.

Terrible law firm. Didn’t file my ex parte request properly and they still charged me $6500. Won’t return calls. Doesn’t have a real operator to answer your calls. Beware of this scam of a law firm.

Before I start, if you care about the privacy of your files/ cases at all, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE. I have been sent other people's files and cases in two separate occasions. It was extremely uncomfortable. I feel like someone else could be reading about my case since people that seem to work here don't double check their work.

I knew this place was too good to be true. The only reason I hired this place was because Elizabeth was the only one that contacted me on a Sunday. I explained the situation to her: from start to finish. She made me feel that everything would be taken care of. She's so good at telling you she will follow up, but she won't. You actually have to follow up with her first. When I first paid them, she told me she will reach out to me later on in the day, but I also had to follow up with her asking if she was still going to call me like she mentioned. She said that she'll be working on the document I needed and will send it to me the very next day. Comes next day, NOTHING at all. I had to follow up on that too.

They charge for LITERALLY everything. One text message is $45. Majority of the time, Elizabeth doesn't even reply back. Actually, when Elizabeth introduced me to Karin, she never talked to me again. Not even the couple of times I told her my concerns. She literally left me on read, since she has that on. I had to follow up with them on documents and what's going on.

When I told Karin my concerns and what I spoke with Elizabeth about in the very beginning, all she said was that she had no knowledge of that conversation. This is one company. Every single employee here represents the company, you would think that Elizabeth and Karin would be in communication.

They also do not give you a heads up when they're about to charge your card for filing. They just file away and charge.
They were actually really good at taking your money, but
I have credit left and I have asked more than 5 times
now how l'Il receive the money back and all Evelyn told me was she'll let me know. Noel from billing department sent me my last bill and was actually billing me by mistake. He emailed right away stating I had credit and
it's been paid. I emailed him seconds after she did asking
how l'Il receive my money back and didn't bother
replying the same day…..especially didn't bother replying
the next day.

First and foremost I like to state that this business did respond in a very timely matter, under one hour.
Unfortunately I had an unsavory experience that I will be leaving my review on.

I'm a new client looking for legal help in the field of Family Law. I contact the Yang Law Office because of their reviews and location. The person that took my information was kind and respectful. She stated that I would receive a call back soon from their Family Law specialist.

I was called back by Laura who spoke to me very briefly about my intake. I let her know that I wouldn't be able to afford the retainer fee at that time , to where she replied that her associates do a lot of work and how lengthy the process is. I responded that I had all of the documentation organized and ready for the case , so it wouldn't be that hard to win. This is where she started laughing over the phone, laughing directly at me with no care for any of my mental well being. That is not how you do business.

In the firms defense I was called again by a Senior Attorney who apologized for her and said he would represent me.

Take it for what it is and get the help you need, but from a firm who has integrity.
