BEWARE: Go elsewhere for your appraisal. Curt was very inaccurate and didn't even use the most recent comp for our appraisal, but chose instead to use a comp from a town nearly 30 miles away. Even the folks at the Yuma county assessor office said to use US Appraisal out of Brush for a much more accurate appraisal. Very disappointed.
