I had previous representation with Zane’s Law years ago where I had a great settlement. I’m so grateful for the help of Zanes Law! A driver ran a red light and hit my car. I could not get an answer from the driver’s insurance company. My case manager Betty, was the absolute best in following up which ultimately led to the insurance company accepting Fault. They connected me to great physical therapy and checked on me often. In a wreck need a check DON'T GO TO ZANE'S
My wife was T Boned in Nov 16th 2023 by a 94 year old man who admitted fault, Zane's didn't want to litigate only settle, I wanted to Litigate ( I was told she wasn't hurt that bad by Zane's)
so Zane's kept my wife as a client and I was deemed unnecessary even tho car and Insurance was in my name only ?
So their insurance settled $25k to Zane's (why would you not want to sue) my insurance company paid under insured 50k to Zane's and as of 9/20/24 75k total,and were still getting collection notices,
Honor health placed a lien on my House, my wife called yesterday to get the same excuse as the last 4 months that honor health wont settle, Still yet to receive any ongoing notes as to were we are at in settling Zane's quit calling and really good at not returning wife's calls,
So for now its an ongoing review pending on resolution Just assumed if she wasn't hurt that bad why it taking so long,
Not to mention the unneeded stress between my wife and I
she isn't the best at dealing with this kinda stuff.

Update as of 9/16/2024 almost a year now
It seems the Attorney has given our case to his paralegals and no one is sure of previous discounts by hospitals and other health services,And even hearing that the Hospital may raise the price of the settlement up, hearing from the para's.
So I called finance and they said nothing has been raised and they just want payment then they will release the lien ?, as we are also being told that Honor health has to be done 1st before any other negations can be done with the other specialist ( We asked for the case file ) will keep you posted.

I did some research and found it was Nov 11th 2023 when the accident happened , Its been a year and still no resolve, My wife told me that the Paralegals want her to call and wait on hold for the Discount insurance form so she could fill it out, Why are we going to,or in their case pay them 1/3rd of whats left. To have my wife do their job for them.
At this point I recommend the husband and wife team.
in summary
1 hospital visit not admitted ran duplicate MRI's and Cats
of course to run the bill up (no dispute from atty)
1 session 8 visits with a therapist of her arm
1 session with a counselor 8 visits anxiety to drive
So If she isn't hurt that bad insurance paid the 75k why are we still dealing with this,
As I mentioned my wife doesn't handle projects like this well at all
